We’re growing and looking for a leader who’s ready to grow with us. A leader who’s seen firsthand the role business analysis best practices and quality assurance methodologies play in successful project delivery.

We need an innovative leader who’s ready to bring their “A” game in business analysis and quality assurance as our new Director Business Analysis in Regina. With so many emerging technologies on the insurance horizon, it’s an exciting time for our industry. This is your opportunity to develop, support and continually improve our business analysis and quality assurance strategies. That’ll mean partnering with others to influence and incorporate these best practices into the broader SDLC and project delivery frameworks.

We aim to be a change adept environment focused on continuous improvement aligned to the needs of our business - are you the innovative thinker we can count on to realize the adoption and quality delivery of business analysis and quality assurance functions into our systems operations?

Requirements

Candidates must bring the successful experience and breadth of knowledge necessary to succeed — after all, we’re counting on you. We are looking for leaders who have a degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, math or statistics and a CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or PMP designation.  We are also looking for at least eight years experience as a business analyst supporting the design and delivery of large systems to support business operations, as well as managerial experience demonstrating increasing responsibility. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
