Presentation: Being Your Best In The Midst Of All The Demands and Expectations
Abtract: When you have so many demands and expectations coming at you, and you’re up against tight deadlines, it’s easy to feel overloaded. You might find yourself feeling unfocused or overwhelmed, working more hours than you’d like, feeling frustrated that others are not delivering on their end, or sacrificing your personal and family time just to keep up. Yet, this is the very approach keeping you from performing at the level you are capable of and being as successful as you can be leading your team.
How does a positive attitude make a powerful difference in your performance and results? How do you focus on what really matters when there are so many conflicting priorities? How can you influence others in a positive way even when they are driving you crazy or not delivering? How is working long hours making things harder than they need to be? How do you be the leader you want to be and produce your best work even in stressful situations?
In this light and engaging presentation with Stacey, you’ll discover answers to these questions, along with simple, well-proven strategies to implement into your work right away. Find out how to be at your best, regardless of what’s going on around you, so that you can lead even stronger and enjoy your days so much more.
