About the Program

This course is designed to increase your effectiveness in dealing with people at work and lead them toward accomplishing a common goal, particularly when they do not report directly to you. You will examine the success factors for people working together, and the general leadership skills important to delivering results with people. You also will delve into how best to resolve any competing demands or misaligned goals across a matrix team inhibit progress.
The course covers different perspectives of how to facilitate, motivate and delegate without authority with fellow participants. The course also will invite and challenge learners to see and act differently in the workplace by applying knowledge learned. Within a safe environment, leadership skills can be developed and sharpened.
