Topic: The Oz Principle – Getting Results through Individual and Organizational Accountability

This workshop is based on the book of the same name written by Roger Connors, Tom Smith and Craig Hickman. Individual and organizational results of people improve dramatically when people overcome the deceptive traps of the victim cycle and take the steps to accountability. Those steps include SEE IT…OWN It…SOLVE IT…DO IT! The attitude of victimization has captured organizations both in the public and private sector in a choking stranglehold. In this workshop why people in organizations must avoid the debilitating effects of the victim cycle in order to get results will be processed and explained. Then, the 4 steps to accountability will be explained and processed in helping to obtain what you desire for yourself, your team and your organization.

Bob Hornsberger is a life time resident of Regina having been born, raised, educated and employed in the city for over 70 years. Bob has over 48 years of experience in assisting organizations to change through thoughtful planning and designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs to assist managers, supervisors and staff in developing the competencies they require to help their organizations meet their challenges and goals. Bob also provides coaching and counselling services to front line employees, supervisors, managers and executives in assisting them in resolving professional and personal issues.
