Topic: The Oz Principle – Getting Results through Individual and Organizational Accountability
This workshop is based on the book of the same name written by Roger Connors, Tom Smith and Craig Hickman. Individual and organizational results of people improve dramatically when people overcome the deceptive traps of the victim cycle and take the steps to accountability. Those steps include SEE IT…OWN It…SOLVE IT…DO IT! The attitude of victimization has captured organizations both in the public and private sector in a choking stranglehold. In this workshop why people in organizations must avoid the debilitating effects of the victim cycle in order to get results will be processed and explained.
