PDC 2018 - Day 2 Session 6 Track 1: Darren Terrell - An Introduction to Agile at Scale

Topic: An Introduction to Agile at Scale

Being Agile at scale is tremendously difficult to achieve. Many times, the practices used for aligning an organization using Agile impede the delivery of real value.  There are many frameworks for agility in the enterprise and custom implementations.  This session will explore the basics of frameworks like SAFe (Scaled Agile), LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum), Nexus, Scrum @ Scale, and the Spotify model.  Darren will then compare the frameworks to distill down what makes them successful.  Once these insights are gained, he will continue down the path of how to build a framework custom for your organization.  The topic will be presented in a fashion that even novice practitioners will be able to understand the principles across the various frameworks.

Note: Everyone will gain insights from this session as it distills concepts down to basic elements.
