Regina, Five Fridays, one Monday - January 6 to March 17, 2017

This seminar prepares candidates for the current version of the PMP certification exam. The proven format has been presented in Saskatchewan since Spring, 1996, and has attracted more than fifteen-hundred participants in over 100 organizations in Western Canada. Seminar alumni have achieved a high pass rate on the certification exam.

The course work has been designed so that the participants will be ‘exam-ready’ at the conclusion. This course is also suitable for candidates who have already taken a prep course which focuses purely on the PMBOK Guide, and who now wish to study the remaining 80% to 90% of the content of the PMP exam.

The course covers the new 2015 PMP test specification in six, full-day sessions. All areas of project management knowledge are covered, including scope, quality, time, cost, risk, human resources, stakeholder involvement, communications, procurement, and professional responsibility. An evening workshop on January 5, 2016 explains how to complete the certification and exam application.
