2025 Winner

Congratulations to the Entire University of Regina AdHum Revitalization Project Team, recipient of the 2025 Project of the Year Award (POYA) for your exceptional work on the Revitalization of the Administration–Humanities (AdHum) Pit.

This recognition reflects the remarkable vision, collaboration, and dedication demonstrated by your entire project team. Over 16 months, you transformed an aging, structurally challenged space into a modern, accessible, inclusive, and inspiring hub for students and the broader campus community. The renewed Pit, featuring flexible seating, collaborative areas, upgraded washrooms, improved accessibility, and the meaningful integration of Indigenous artwork, now stands as a vibrant, welcoming gathering place that enriches campus life.

As an institution committed to education beyond the classroom, the University of Regina continues to elevate Saskatchewan’s academic and cultural landscape. With more than 16,600 students and over 92,000 alumni worldwide, the U of R’s dedication to experiential learning, research excellence, community connection, and meaningful partnerships is clearly reflected in this transformative project.

We were deeply honoured to celebrate your achievement at the 2025 POYA Ceremony.
